Attorneys are required to file their Petition and Notice of Hearing electronically. Please leave the hearing information blank (Date, Time, and Department) and indicate any dates that you are unavailable in the comments section of the e-filing. The Clerk of the Court will set the hearing for the next available date. Parties without an attorney can file documents over the counter, in the Probate Clerk’s office.
Hearing dates for Minor Compromise
Attorneys are required to file the Petition for Compromise of Claim and Proposed Orders electronically. Please leave the hearing information blank (Date, Time, and Department) and indicate any date that you are unavailable in the comments section of the e-filing. The Clerk of the Court will set the hearing for the next available date, typically within 30 days. These matter are heard on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 1:35PM. Parties without an attorney can file documents over the counter, in the Probate Clerk’s office.
