Service Interruption Notice: Temporary Maintenance of Online Services

SAN JOSÉ, California (February 16, 2024): The Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, wishes to inform the public and justice partners about temporary service interruptions that will affect certain online services beginning Friday, February 16, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. until Monday, February 19, 2024, at Noon. Affected services will include:
1. Justice Partner Portal / Integration: Access to the Justice Partner Portal and integration services will be temporarily unavailable until services are fully restored on Monday. During this time, a webpage notifying visitors of the temporary maintenance will be displayed on the Court's website.
2. Traffic Portal: The Traffic Portal will also experience temporary unavailability until services are restored on Monday. Similarly, a webpage indicating the temporary maintenance will be posted on the Court's website.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this period of temporary maintenance. Our Information Technology department is actively working to minimize the impact and expedite the restoration process over the weekend. The affected services are expected to be fully operational by Monday. However, we will keep the public informed of any updates or changes regarding the restoration timeline.
